Our clinical team comprises mental health professionals with full and associate licenses. Our clinical team is entirely employed by SCG. Clinicians at SCG are LCMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs with licensure in North Carolina. Clinical staff at SCG range in experience and expertise, which fosters a workplace centered on humility, open-mindedness, and lifelong learning.

SCG is made up of clinical professionals who are supported by an administrative team. SCG’s administrative team handles the client billing cycle, insurance claim process, and insurance credentialing for all of its clinicians. Our staff is spread across North Carolina, but this does not prevent us from maintaining connections. In addition to regular communication, employees participate in weekly staff meetings to connect, reflect, and receive support.

We offer our staff a collegial atmosphere in addition to tangible benefis including: Liability Insurance, Psychology Today subscription, EMR Subscription, Marketing Materials, Chromebook, Phone System, Pre-tax expense plan, annual CEUs, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness Insurance, and 401K account access. Clinical staff with associate licensure may have access to free supervision, depending on availability, when hired.
