EMDR Therapy for Trauma, Anxiety, and Lasting Change

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process experiences that may still be affecting you in the present, even when you understand them logically.

Many of the individuals I work with are insightful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change.

There’s a difference between understanding your life and being able to live it with a sense of stability and choice.

EMDR helps bridge that gap. Using techniques such as guided eye movements or tapping, we support your brain in reprocessing these experiences so reactions feel less automatic and more manageable.
