My Specialities

Olivia works with children, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity concerns, relationships, self-esteem, or difficult life experiences. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including religious or spiritual trauma, medical trauma, and other experiences that may continue to affect their sense of self and well-being. Olivia is passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients as they navigate identity, relationships, self-acceptance, family dynamics, and the unique challenges they may experience. She is also interested in working with athletes as they navigate performance pressures, competition, injury, burnout, and balancing their athletic identity with other parts of their lives.
