Ireland Otterlee is a North Carolina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). Ireland earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Texas Tech University. She continued her education by pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Asheville, NC. Ireland completed her clinical training at Oasis Recovery Center working with substance use and recovery, and at Brevard College working with college students walking through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity development, and more.

Ireland prioritizes a person-centered approach and has experience with individuals ages 18 through 80. Ireland is well-versed in therapy that focuses on grief and loss, life transitions, identity development, spirituality, and other mental health diagnoses. Ireland seeks to come alongside individuals in their processing journey, believing in the power of healing alongside one another rather than alone.
